The international crimes division of the high court has set stringent timelines for the state to conclude their disclosure of exhibits and initial applications in the case in which former ADF leader Jamil Mukulu is accused of terror activities alongside thirty eight others after the group failed to meet previous timelines. The court’s judge Eva Luswata set new timelines after state asked for more time to conclude their disclosure arguing that they had previously failed because most of the accused persons didn’t have defense representation.
