The Ministry of health says there are currently no recorded Ebola cases in Uganda. According to the Ministry, the 23rd May death recorded at Mubende that had been feared to be Ebola was actually a result of Congo Crimean Hemorrhagic fever. The ministry says safe measures are in place to prevent spread of any of the two viruses. And as pilgrims make their way into the country for the 3rd June Martyrs day celebrations, border checks have been intensified.
