IGP on Kidnaps: Avoid Paying Ransom

7 victims of kidnap are still missing but police is confident the force is going to make gains. The Inspector General of police, Martin Okoth Ochola says police is to respond through intensified patrols and public support. In the meantime, police has asked the public to stop making ransoms .
