ISO Calls Kidnaps Spree Money Oriented

The Director General of the Internal Security Organization, Col. Frank Kaka Bagyenda has revealed that 4 out of the 12 kidnap cases listed are fake. The security chief says some people are using the new found trend to extort money and urges the public not to panic. The ISO Boss was speaking at the 5th meeting of The Heads of Intelligence and Security of the IGAD and EAC countries at Entebbe this morning.
