Kadaga Wants Workshop Budget Reinstated

The speaker of Parliament Rebecca Kadaga has directed members of parliament on the budget committee to reinstate the budgetary vote for workshops and training of government workers. Kadaga says that since the budgetary allocations for workshops and training were scrapped, it has affected the training for midwives across the country, which has affected service delivery especially in health centre II.
