Kamukama blames Lands Officials over fraud

The principal presidential private secretary Molly Komukama has faulted officials of the Lands ministry, accusing them of hiding behind letters from the office of the president to help fraudsters defraud the Uganda land fund.
Kamukama was appearing before the land inquiry commission to shade light on the several letters from her office and the office of the president that were being flouted by fraudsters at the Uganda land fund.
