Kaweesi Murder Case Update

Nakawa chief magistrates’ court has failed to rule on whether to dismiss a case relating to charges against a group of suspects in the Kaweesi murder case who were not committed to the high court for trial in October last year. The group had applied for dismissal of the case since initial investigations had no evidence that could be used for trial against them.
