Prayers Held at Gaddafi Mosque for MP Abiriga

First deputy Prime Minister General Moses Ali has cautioned Ugandans against blaming government for the security lapses in the country. General Ali was speaking at the Special prayers for the slain Arua municipality member of parliament Col. Ibrahim Abiriga; alongside his body guard Sayid Congo Buga at Gadafi National Mosque earlier today.
