Hon. Muwanga Kivumbi Warns Armed Forces Against Partisan Politics

Shadow minister of internal affairs Muwanga Kivumbi has warned the Uganda peoples defense forces against partisan politics, arguing that its reason the Police force is facing its current troubles. Kivumbi attributes the tribulations of the Uganda police force to Gen. Kale KayuhIra’s partisan policing, which he says the UPDF is slowly adopting. He however calls for quick trail of Gen. Kayihura in civil courts to help the public understand the cause of the problems in the force
