Betty Nambooze Under Police Investigation

After spending the whole day in police custody, Mukono Municipality’s Member of Parliament Betty Nambooze Bakileke has been released on bond. Nambooze was dragged from her home at around eight taken to Jinja Police station before detaining her at Nagalama police station over investigations relating to offensive communication, a breach of the computer misuse act.
