As President Yoweri Museveni prepares to give his state of the Nation address, Members of parliament have demanded that he outline the Security master plan that government has in addressing the increasing kidnaps in the country. Members of parliament that spoke to NBS says the increasing cases of kidnaps of both Women and children has not only led to the loss of lives but also trust in the ruling government.
