Gen. Otafiire Lauds Kirumira for Taking on Kayihura

From villain to a hero, former Buyende police commander Muhammad Kirumira has been applauded for exposing the rot in the Uganda police. While speaking at the international day in support of torture victims, the minister for justice and constitutional affairs Major General kahinda Otafiire said Kirumira’s outcry was an eye opener to the rot that was going on in the police force.
