Ibrahim Abiriga Laid to Rest

At about 4:00Pm, the body of Arua Municipality legislator Ibrahim Abiriga was slowly lowered to his final resting place amidst tears from family and friends. A few family members and high profile people including President Yoweri Museveni were allowed at the burial site. President Museveni while addressing mourners announced stringent measures against boda boda riders that must be adopted immediately.
