The Director of Internal Security Organization Colonel Kaka Bagyenda has accused former Inspector General of police General Kale Kayihura of failing to manage the operations of police in fighting crime in the Country.
Kaka was speaking to journalists at the ISO Headquarters in Kampala as he revealed that some security organizations and the Opposition had a hand in the operations of both the Kifeesi and boda boda 2010 in the Kampala.
