Ministers and Top UPDF Officials Implicated in Log Trade Dilemma

Gulu district chairman and regional coordinator for local gov’t In Uganda Ojara Martin Mapenduzi has accused top government officials and UPDF Officers of aiding log business in the region, a vice that is abusing natural cover in the region. Mapenduzihas castigated gov’t turning a blind eye on the powerful involved in wrongdoing. In an interview with NBS’s Benson Ongom, Mapenduzi vowed to impeach the districts speaker and executives conniving with log dealers.
