High Court Declines to Summon Kamya

The high court has declined to summon minister for Kampala Betty Kamya as earlier claimed by the Lord Mayor to have her cross examined in a suit relating to usurping powers of the Lord Mayor.
The presiding judge Henrietta Wolayo ruled that Kamya cannot be compelled to come to court but can come at her own will on 31st august 2018, when court resumes for the hearing of the case
