Crime Increased by 3% in 2017 – Police Crime Report

After three years without a crime report, police has released the 2017 crime report indicating an increase of 3% in 2017 with homicides in the lead. According to the inspector general of police Okoth Martin Ochola, the mean resource envelope has limited the force’s efforts to investigate crime, hence the missing crime reports.
