Dan Muliika is the Shortest Serving Katikiro

Daniel Muliika was the 3rd Katikiro of Buganda under the reign of the current king Ronald Mutebi but came along and left with uniqueness. He is so far the katikiro with the shortest office term yet most controversial amongst Buganda’s Katikiros. Mildred Tuhaise talked to him about his life and times as the Kingdom’s chief executive.
