Tororo County MP Angura Was Not Arrested

Tororo County Member of Parliament Angura Fredrick has never been arrested in any election related violence in the district. According to the district police Commander John Rutagira, the MP was at the police station on Election Day to ask for the release of some people that were rounded up from his constituency.
