Kaveera Burden on Kampala: Makes Up 30% of Wastes Collected Daily

In spite of its impact, and its heavy burden that now stands at 30% of garbage collected daily the polythene bag just won’t go away. What is worrying though is that efforts to reverse the damage caused, are frustrate by the huge human interest in the bags.
