Change is a Reflection of a Progressive – Besigye

As the dust settles at the Najanakumbi headquarters, FDC strongman Dr. Kiiza Besigye has spoken out on the changes in the parliamentary appointments saying his happy that his name was dragged into the appointments even when he was far from it. To the former presidential candidate, it means that he is still relevant to opposition politics, the reason reference continues to be made to him.
