Broken Relationship Between Police and ISO?

The recent arrests, kidnaps, and raids carried out by Internal Security Organization have sparked off questions on their mandate. Even though the law prohibits the current nature of some of ISO’s operations, the security organ has consistently carried special operations that many including those in sister security agencies. But is ISO over stepping its mandate?
