Opposition Release Report on Arua Chaos

Opposition politicians led by former presidential candidate Dr. Col. Kizza Besigye have released their findings from independent investigations into what they describe as brutal arrest, torture and incarceration of opposition MPs in the just concluded Arua municipality by-election. The opposition is accusing Presidential advisor on special operation Major General Muhoozi Kainerugaba of commanding the operation that left one person dead and many others injured.Dr. Besigye is now wants Parliament and the international rights groups to intervene.
