Mabirizi Challenges Constitutionality of Trial of Bobi Wine

City lawyer Male Mabirizi returns to the Constitutional court, this time to rescue Kyadondo East legislator Robert Kyagulanyi from being tried by the military court.
The lawyer is challenging sections of the UPDF act that allow the military court to try civilians saying it contravenes the constitution and is largely being used by the current regime to suppress opponents by incriminating them.
