NRM's Todwong Praise Bobi Wne's People Power

The NRM Deputy Secretary General Richard Todwong has accused his party of failing to deliver, the reason he says has pushed the youths to go after Bobi Wine’s “People Power” movement as an alternative Speaking at a workshop to evaluate the NRM manifesto in Gulu, Todwong said the NRM needs to re- strategize for the country.
