Government Embarks on Rural Industrialization

Locals in Western Uganda remain worried about the future of the newly constructed rural factories under the government regional industrialization program. A multi-billion factory that was set up in Kisoro to add value to Irish Potato in 2015 and the cheer and pyrethrum factory in Kabale, have since shut down.
