Isiko Released on Bail

Brian Isiko the student who was sentenced to two years in prison on charges of cyber harrasment and offensive communication after he stalked the Kabarole woman Member of Parliament Sylivia Rwabogo was released on a cash bail of 500,000 and 5 million non cash for each of his sureties. High Court judge Justice Jane Francis Abodo who released Isiko, ordered him not to contact the complainant in any way added if he did, he would be convicted again.
