Hon. Ogenga Latigo: There’s a case for thanking the Lord and a case for sadness. I should be celebrating Wadri’s victory but the best I can do is thank the Lord. I’m so deeply pained by what the country had to go through to win. We’ve just gotten hold of Arua municipality, isn’t that an opposition victory? When one side gets a disagreement, it doesn’t mean they’re no longer opposition and for us it’s not about an individual, it’s about the party.
