Ugandans in the Diaspora Granted Duo Citizenship

Now the Uganda Citizenship and Immigration Control Act 2009, allows any Ugandan to apply for dual citizenship and it is in this spirit that the directorate is rolling out its services to Ugandans in the diaspora. Our reporter Solomon Sserwanja is in London, where a number of Ugandans have received services that they have for years been longing for. Solomon, how did Ugandans in the diaspora react to this move? How easier, will it be for Ugandans living in the diaspora to access various services?
