UMEME Upgrades Ishaka Sub Station

Power Distribution Company UMEME has completed the re-designing of its Ishaka substation in Bushenyi district that is expected to improve on power distribution in western Uganda. This comes at a time when local tea factories operating in the area have been faced with daily load shedding, thus incurring extra costs on fuel.
