UNRA to Roll out a Cost Management System to Eliminate Exorbitant Prices

The Uganda national roads authority (UNRA) is to introduce the cost management system to eliminate exorbitant prices from the contractors. The system manipulates distance and cost of the works to arrive at an estimated figure. The response follows claims of abnormal costs This was during the release of UNRA’S 2017/18 financial year performance.
