World Vision, Improving Lives in Butaleja

Before the introduction of East Africa Maternal New born and health project, to Butaleja, the district registered the worst health statistic. Maternal and neonatal deaths were at a record high, while Health facilities lacking capacity to handle lifesaving incidences has made the situation dire.
