Ambassador Ssebujja Katende Vs Bobi Wine on Torture

Uganda’s envoy to the United States of America Mull Ssebujja Katende has accused Ugandans of improper showing of discontent through strikes and demonstrations. The Envoy says it is this chosen way of showing discontent that was responsible for the brutality meted out by security officers toward demonstrators.
