Deployment of Security Forces as Bobi Wine Returns

The heavy deployment of Police, the UPDF and other sister security agencies characterized life in Kampala as they readied to handle supporters of Kyadondo East MP Robert Kyagulanyi. The city centre and most suburbs of Kampala and Wakiso were patrolled by the men in uniform, forcing many Kyagulanyi supporters to keep a low profile.
