Oil and Gas: Delays in Making Fid Worry Investors

Energy Minister Irene Muloni says Ugandawill be concluding on its inter governmental host agreements, which includes tariff on evacuating the crude oil and also endorsing the Front End Engineering design. Muloni says this will open up for the Final Investment Decision by the Oil firms before the end of the year.Uganda is hoping to earn about $10 Billion dollars in three years by way of capital inflows.
