President Museveni Responds to Kadaga's Letter on Arua Saga

It has emerged that president yoweri Museveni personally issued orders to the UPDF brigade commander in Arua to deal with the lot of opposition supporters who he says posed a big threat to life and property. In a five page letter that comes as a response to the speaker’s demands for action to be taken against officers who tortured mps upon arrest, the president asked the speaker to avoid using the word torture until investigations into the incidents are concluded.
