500 Buildings In Kisenyi Kampala survive being flattened

Over 500 buildings in areas of Kisenyi In Kampala Central Division have survived being flattened after KCCA Councilors halted an earlier plan by city authorities to demolish the structures that falls short of minimum city standards for buildings. The councilors, led by the Lord Mayor for Kampala Erias Lukwago reversed the decision of KCCA Executive Director Jennifer Musisi on grounds they were not consulted.
