Illegal Safe Houses Continue to be Established – Justice Remmy Kasule

The Chairperson of the Uganda Law Council Justice Remmy Kasule has voiced concern over the increasing Safe Houses in the country , allegedly used as torture chambers. The Court of Appeal Judge also called for an inquest into the operations of one of the Safe houses near his Home in Kyengera arguing that the residents in the area live in fear.
