Uganda Marks International Day of the Girl Child

A cross section of Girls have challenged government come up with tougher punitive measures on parents who thwart their dreams. Plan International, an organization that champions children’s rights while commemorating the day of girl child, tasked parents to sensitize the young on dangers of early pregnancies.
