Museveni Apologises to Bududa Residents for Delayed Resettlement

President Yoweri Museveni has apologized to the people of Bududa for the delayed implementation of the resettlement plan saying he was let down by the government technocrats. The tough speaking President cautioned those who intend to sabotage the program, saying they would be brought to book. He was speaking during his visit to Bududa following a mudslide that left 44 people dead, scores injured and hundreds homeless.
