Fee on Public Transport

Cabinet has approved annual operational fees for public transport. Commuter taxis operating within Kampala will be paying Shs. 720, 000 per year and Shs. 24M for Buses. The State Minister for Local Government Jennifer Namuyangu anticipates government will collect over shs.26.4 Billion annually from the business.
