The inspection of the World Bank sponsored works in municipalities has ended with a call to the implementing areas to keep track of the procurement process, encourage team work and increase sensitization so that the community owns the project. Speaking to NBS after a day of engagements with the stake holders, the program coordinator Dr Isaac mutonyi issued preliminary findings of the tour.
