Elections for New Districts Uncertain – Electoral Commission

Hopes of having elections soon in the newly created six districts hang in balance. The Electoral commission says it has no money to conduct the long awaited elections. This is in response to concern raised by a section of legislators questioning the delayed elections in the new six districts as required by the law to have elections within the first 60 days.
