Financial Institutions Urged to Embark on Value Based Banking

The high percentage of Ugandans without banking services could be a big opportunity for financial institutions to tap into if they adjust their business methods and embark on value based banking. According to Prof. Chris Ogbechie from Lagos Business School, the major bond that binds people and financial institutions is basically trust and good relations, something a number of financial institutions seem not to embrace.
