Former MP Kipoi's Whereabouts Unknown

Where is Kipoi ? It’s the Question security agencies, judiciary and prisons asking without an answer. The lawyer to the Bubulo West Constituency Mp Tony Nsubuga Kipoi has confirmed his client’s whereabouts are unknown. Kipoi was expected to appear at the Civil Division of High Court for his application last Wednesday.
