MPs Rescue Expectant Mother in Absence of Staff at Kikuube Health Center IV

An investigtion by Members of parliament on the health committee in Bunyoro region turned into an emergency delivery mission when they helped an expectant mother in Kikuube Health Centre IV deliver her baby in the absence of health workers. The reason is rather shocking!
