Museveni Summons NRM Caucus Over Mobile Money Tax

Tension at parliament as president Yoweri Museveni summons NRM legislators to statehouse with other representatives expressing worry that it may compromise their decision on the now controversial Excise duty amendment tax 2018. While Speaking to journalists at Parliament, the legislators said that the NRM Caucus might come up with a common position on the mobile money tax which may not favor Ugandans.
