World Bank Road Project, Tracking the USMID Money

Five years ago, parliament approved a loan from the World Bank to improve infrastructure in municipalities across the country. But how has this huge loan fared in terms of achieving the set objectives? Well Sabiti Joseph is on the road with a team from the ministry of lands and the World Bank that is tracking progress of the project that comes to an end in December this year.
