Reducing Uganda's Import Bill
Two Israel and Chinese companies are set to establish mobile phone assembling plants in Uganda. Investment and Privatization Evelyn Anite says the 5 million dollar plants will reduce Uganda’s large import bill. Uganda’s import bill is estimated to be over five trillion shillings.
