CDF General David Muhoozi on Brutal Arrests

The chief of Defense Forces general David Muhoozi speaks out on the recent arrests in the city saying the army will not dance to the whims of the public. While the army chief condemns the manner of arrests by his men, Gen Muhoozi says the army will not rest until sanity returns to the city.
